Catapult Healthcare is partnered with a Health System in Northenr California that is in need of a permanent Primary Care provider to join their outpatient team. The Ideal candidate would be a Board Certified/ Board Eligible Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physician.• Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance

Job Duties:
• Average patients seen per day: 20
