Practice is reputable and is fully compliant. This job opening is to replace a well qualified provider who is moving out of state.

Practice encourages providers to follow CDC Guidelines, and to refer pts out to Penn State Hershey for a 2nd opinion, if the patient isn't responding as you hoped.

Schedule is Monday - Friday days. Great support staff. Days will be a mix of new & follow-up pts as well as procedures. Med management is involved.

Ideal Candidate should:

* Be ACGME Pain Medicine Fellowship trained
* Have active Pennsylvania MD or DO license
* Be enrolled with PA Medicare and other insurances, HOWEVER, to start can work you as a locums, while they credential you.
* Be board certified in Pain Medicine and also in the residency that you trained for.
