Practice Description:
Hospital system in Illinois seeking a BC/BE Hospitalist to join a flourishing and well established team of physicians. This Hospitalist program was created in 2011 and continues to grow to meet the needs of referring physicians. This position would be all day shifts working 7 am to 7 pm. The program is supplemented with nurse practitioners and physician assistants to extend the expedience of care.
Practice Opportunity Details:• $270K base salary
• $40K signing bonus
• $30k retention bonus (over 3 years)
• Value Based Bonus – potential for 10% of salary
• Paid malpractice
• $6K CME allowance + 3 days
• Relocation assistance up to $15k
