Catapult Healthcare is partnered with a privately-owned hospital in Northern Arizona that is looking for a 3-month contract or contract to perm Family Medicine physician to join their primary care department. The 100-acre campus is situated near Arizona’s renown National Parks and unique landscapes, all within short driving distance. The ideal candidate will be board eligible or certified in family medicine and have an active AZ state license:•Practice Setting: Outpatient clinic seeing scheduled patients and walk-ins. Ability to admit patients from walk-in to hospital depending on acuity
•Patient Population: Mostly adult patients | Possibility of seeing pediatric patients
•Support APRN: NPs on PED side | NP on Adult side
•Patient Volume: 10-15 In Addition:
•Candidates will be considered on a contract or contract to permanent basis
•Credentialing can be completed in 2 weeks
•Malpractice, Travel, and Lodging will be covered
