This Critical Access Hospital job offers an easy work day with very low census and day shifts! The reason for the need is due to a physician moving for family reasons. The current group is working 7 on 7 off, but they are looking to change this to a 3-person schedule. The schedule is unique (3-person rotation model) which offers more days off in a row but still working 14 shifts a month.
