Catapult Healthcare is currently working with a private primary care practice in the Poughkeepsie, NY area that is looking to hire a full time Nurse Practitioner onto their team. The Nurse Practitioner will work in collaboration with the main physician and a team of other advanced practice providers in assessing and providing care for patients within the skilled nursing facilities in the Poughkeepsie, NY area. This is a full time opportunity, and the ideal candidate will have an interest in primary care work, and also an interest in working with adult/geriatric patients. This role naturally gravitates to allowing the Nurse Practitioner to manage and carry out their own patient case load.Job Details: -M-F 8-5 or whenever rounds are completed at the Nursing Homes (usually 8-4)
-Location: Poughkeepsie, NY
-Willing to train
-Looking for a FNP/ANP providers
-8 Nursing Homes located in surrounding counties: Duchess, Ulcester and Orange (flexible on which locations the provider can be scheduled at)
