Description
Location: Southern Oregon (Inquire for specific location)
Duration: Ongoing thru 2026 until we can hire three permanent providers.
Reason for coverage: Community demand and lost a provider.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8-hour days (preferred) or can be flexible with Monday – Thursday, 10-hour days. Ideally seeking full time candidates.
Shift: see above
Call: 1 day on-call per weekday, weekend on call every 5 weeks (F,S,S).
Patient volume: 20- 25 patients
Scope: No OR procedure requirements.
EMR: Epic
Hospital: 378 Bed Level II Trauma facility
Group/support: 4 physicians, 4 APP’s, RN’s, MA’s, and support staff.
Requirements (boards, license): BC/BE; clean malpractice background a must.
Skills
Minimum of 1 year experience. Must be board certified
