Description
- Coverage Needed:
- 10/12 (7:30a) to 10/16 (7:30a) or 10/13 to 10/17
- 11/22 (7:30a) to 11/27 (7:30a)
- 12/22 (7:30) to (7:30) 12/26
- 12/29 (7:30) to 1/2 (7:30)
- Clinical Information:
- Start Friday at 7am to Monday at 7am--Weekend coverage
- ER and L&D coverage and call coverage
- Covering the open 24 hour shifts
- May round on OB patients
- Support:RN's, ER team, L&D staff
- Patient Volume: 10
- EMR:Meditech, eCW
- Required:
- Active GA license
- Board certified
- Advanced Life Support Cert and PALS
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges.Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Current Flu Vaccine
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
- Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
