Description
- Coverage Needed:
- Clinical Information:
- 24 hour call coverage
- Half Day or Full-Day-Clinic while simultaneously on-call
- Patient ages: adult
- Inpatient setting
- There is one General Surgeon on at a time.
- Support staff- PM, MOS, MOC, RNs. No PA or NP support
- Minimal call-in on site overnight. Most can be consulted over the phone and surgeries can be done the next day.
- Follow-up care
- New Patients (depending on how long their rotation is)
- Phone calls 14-16 per week - it does include trauma
- Up to 15 days of call Weekends are 24 hour shifts.
- EMR - eClinical Works/ Meditech
- Daily patient volume 16 per day
- Required:
- ACLS and ATLS
- Board certified/board eligible
- DEA/CSR
- Current NH license
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Current Flu Vaccine
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
- Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
