General Dentist Position

Join a dynamic team at a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) committed to promoting patient-centered care. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic General Dentist to deliver exceptional dental services in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Practice Details & Schedule

• Offers a wide range of medical, dental, mental health, and pharmacy services at one location.
• The practice features 8 operatories. The patient mix includes 20% pediatric patients and 80% adult patients.
• Serves individuals with financial needs, offering a discount program for those below 200% of the federal poverty level.
• Flexible schedule options 4 or 5 days based on provider preference.
• No weekends required! On-call rotation: One week at a time. Typically handled virtually.

Qualifications

• Montana Dental License
• Open to candidates of all experience levels, including those requiring visa sponsorship.

Compensation & Benefits

• $180k-$260k+ depending on experience.
• Paid Time Off (PTO): 120 hours of vacation & 80 hours of sick time.
• Includes major holidays such as New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000 based on location.
• $3,000 annual CE allowance with 40 hours of paid CE time.
• Eligibility for NHSC loan repayment.
