Responsibilities:

Evaluation & management of musculoskeletal conditions, new patients and follow ups
Order imaging (X-ray, MRI, CT)
Perform procedures such as joints injections, shoulders and knees , (corticosteroids, visco supplementation) Possible epidurals or facet injections.
Refer to other healthcare professionals
Prescribe PT/OT,
Pre and post operative follow up calls
Payors:

Commercial payors, Medicare, and Work comp/personal injury

Qualifications:

Graduate from an accredited MD or DO program with fellowship training in Interventional Spine or Pain Medicine

Board Certified or Board Eligible
Excellent communication skills
Patient-focused, collaborative, team player
New York State License/DEA
