-Location: Coastal Oregon (2 hours northwest of Portland, OR)

-Duration: late August/early September – 3 month assignment with option to extend
-Schedule: Monday-Friday, full-time
-Shift: Monday-Friday, 7a-6:30p
-Call: N/A
-Volume: average 18-20 patients/day
-Scope: Outpatient Primary Care clinic – All ages
-EMR: Cerner
-Group/support: 2 MD/DO’s, 2 APP’s, full support staff
-Requirements (boards, license): BC, Active OR license, recent NP/PA Primary Care experience, Clean background (no actions/restrictions on licenses, no restrictions/revocation on hospital privileges, clean background check and must be able to pass a drug screen within 30 days of a start date.)
