NBCRNA Certified - Required
Active CO License - Required for Emergency temp privs.
Active ACLS, BLS - Required for credentialing
Local/drive-in candidates only - Required, site is unable to consider candidates who require flights at this time. (lodging, car rental or mileage are accepted only).
Candidate Must acknowledge candidate understands the EMR training requirements set forth in job description and will complete in this order to avoid missing their start date - Required
All candidates must detail all dates they are able to fill through July 2025 - Required
Candidates must be able to offer a minimum of 3-4 shifts in June and must be able to start June to be considered - Required
All candidates must be willing to cover a minimum of 6-8 shifts per month beginning July ongoing - Required
Minimum 2 years experience as CRNA including epidurals - Required to note at name clear
Clean MP/background - Required, candidates who present with a self inquiry NPDB report at time of name clear will be placed with a higher priority over those that do not present with it.
