We are looking for licensed physicians (MD/DO) to join our team full-time where you would provide primary care to our patients. You would be responsible for conducting physical examinations, interpret lab test and monitor patients’ overall health. You will couple as a health provider and advocate for disease prevention by supporting people in their quest towards total wellness.

Requirements:
•  Must be a licensed physician for the state of Arizona
