• 250 bed facility serves as a Primary Stroke & STEMI Center
• ED Volume: 45,000 annual visits
• Modern Unit with Radiology Suite
• 24/7 IV Cath Lab
• Hospitalist Team /ER Physicians not responsible for floor codes
• EMR: Epic
• Portable ultrasound machines available for providers•
• PA-C/NP-C support PACKAGE
• From $220/Hour (W2) – up to $260/Hour as 1099
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $100,000
• CME/BEA: $4,000 tax-free annually
• New Grad Package: $6,500 + licensing costs (state & DEA) in year one • Comprehensive medical, dental & vision

Skills
• Ability to obtain/maintain a license to practice medicine in the state of New York
• 1+ years experience preferred
• Board Certified/Board Eligible Emergency Medicine
