Outpatient-focused with minimal inpatient responsibilities
Shared coverage (1:3 or better) – primarily newborns 36+ weeks and C-sections
No inpatient rounding – no dedicated pediatric unit
Clinic hours: Monday–Thursday, 8 AM–5 PM | Friday, 8 AM–12 PM (Open to flexible scheduling including evenings/weekends)
Patient volume: ~25 per day
- Call coverage: 10 days/month (includes triage only)
