• Employed practice seeks BC/BE OB/GYN to join their team


• Initial 2-year salary guarantee with ability to exceed on an innovative compensation program – to be discussed with employer


• Established team of six OB/GYN Physicians, seven Certified Midwives and one Nurse Practitioner  


• Physician average of 55% OB care and 45% GYN care


• Call 1:6 with a goal of obtaining 1:7


• Laborist/doc-of-the-day care model


• Average 18-26 clinic patients per day


• 2 Da Vinci Xi Robotic surgical systems available


• 4-day work week when not on weekend call


• Strong work-life balance with ability to take call from home


• 24-hour weekday call and 72-hour weekend call shifts


• High volume of minimally invasive surgeries among the group, including robotics and vNotes


• Total practice deliveries average 1000 yearly


• Level 2 NICU
