- Valid DEA license required
- Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) or must obtain within 6 months of hire
- Monday through Friday work week
- 18 - 25 patient census
- 401(k) with 5% match, $10k relocation assistance, and $3,500 CME stipend plus 5 days

From $250000.00 to $350000.00 annual
