This top-level Health System is seeking to hire 1 Diagnostic Radiologist.

PRACTICE:

?     Be able to work from Home.

?     Schedule: (7 ON / 7 OFF) – You can either do a 10-hour or 12-hour shift

o Night Shift: 9:00p or 10:00p to 7:00a or 10:00a

o You will be covering the E.D.

?      Diagnostic: 35%

?      C.T.’s: 35%

?      MRI, Ultrasound: 20%

?      NO Nuclear, NO Mammo

?      Average 80 – 100 studies per shift

?     Support Staff/Equipment:

o (1) computer to read all your images.

o (1) Window computer to do all your dictations – Dragon software

o 24/7 I.T. help desk for you to talk with

o EMR: Cerner at the hospital

o PAC: Cerner power chart

?     Love teaching - Work with residents as they do the preliminary evaluation.

?     Available On-Call Shifts: on your days off

o Weekday (Sun.-Thr.), $295/hr. x 8.5 hr. shifts = $2,507 / per shift

o Weekend (Fri.-Sat.), $310/hr. x 9.5 hr. shifts = $2,945 / per shift

o You don’t have to do the full 8.5 or 9.5-hour shift

o By only taking 2-weekday calls a month, you would make another $60,000 annually.

o By only taking 2-weekend calls a month, you would make another $70,000 annually

Financial Package:
·    Base Salary: Great Base Salary

·    Sign-On Bonus: See if you qualify

·    Vacation: Great time off

·    CME: Up to $5k -The health system pays all Med lic, DEA, State Surcharge, Professional organ, Membership, and Societies

·    Relocation: Up to 10k

·    Full Benefits package: 401k, life, health, Dental, Vision, Malpractice, Irrevocable Trust, long-term disability, short-term disability, etc.

·    Example:

o Salary + Sign-On + 2-days of call a month = $520k to $604k
