Description
Seeking a Full time Physician Assistant for an outpatient pain management practice in Fresno CA.
We are a large practice with a high volume of patients and are looking for a professional who is passionate about providing quality healthcare, ready for a fast paced work environment and committed to helping our practice grow.
The ideal candidate will:
Perform exams, evaluate clinical data, and establish positive rapport with patients
Treating and managing existing chronic pain patients with specific treatment plans
Prepare, modify, update and maintain patient records via EHR/EMR program
Evaluate and order interventional procedures
Appropriately prescribe and refill medications as needed
Provide referrals to other medical specialists as needed
Consult with supervising physicians and team
Provide answers/ recommendations to questions recorded in EMR (from patients, medical professionals, insurances, etc)Qualifications:
• Must have graduated from an accredited physician assistant program
• Must be licensed to practice in California as a physician assistant (PA)
• An energetic and positive approach to therapy and an ability to establish rapport with patients
