Qualifications:
- Completion of Nurse Practitioner /Physician Assistant Training Program; Certified and Current Licensure by State of Ohio; Ohio DEA Licensed

Job Details:
- 70% Out Patient
- 30% In Patient (Of that 5%-10% will be in OR)
- Work w/Two General Surgeons
- Monday-Friday; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM - 40 Hour Week; Schedule Subject To Change Based On Physician's Needs
- Less than Average Call
