Description
Schedule: Mon – Fri / 8a-7p & Saturday 8a-12p
(weekends covered by Mid-levels) *4x10’s per week
Full Service Laboratory and x-ray onsite
EMR: Eclinicalworks
Average PPD: 22-26
Call: Shared call – Phone only
*Physician must hold a MD or DO degree and Board
Certified/ Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
