Average census/Level of care:
—Current ADC is around five patients.—Census has been around 8-10 for the past few months
—Throughput from the ED is around 3%
—Consistently, national average is 12%
—Based on numbers we anticipate the ADC to grow to 10-15 patients consistently
—Establishing/maintaining a good relationship with the ED will be critical to growing this census
—7 bed ICU, fully functional with vents and drips.

Sub-Specialty Support:
—General Surgery coverage on call 17 days a month.
Currently:
—One surgeon – Operates 4 days a week – on average.
—Cardiology coverage with a group out of Yakima.
—Currently working on Ortho coverage 
—Will be doing onsite echo reads and rounding in hospital

—Vent management
—Intubation (emergent)
—Central Lines / Art Lines
