- $2500 per 24 hours which includes two hours of rounding/consult
- $400/hr call back rate

Dates:
o  7am March 31 thru 7am April 3rd, 2017
o  7am April 14, thru 7am April 17,2017.
o  7am May 26 thru 7am May 30, 2017
o  7am June 30 thru 7am July 6, 2017

Physician will provide neurosurgical call services during the specified time. Support is needed to help with acute care and to help during the transition for new physicians. Surgeon will be only neurosugeon on staff, supported by general surgeons and a trauma surgery team.
