This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive psychiatric care in a structured inpatient setting, supported by a dedicated behavioral health team.

Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat adult patients in an inpatient psychiatric facility
Manage medication and develop individualized treatment plans
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including social workers, nurses, and therapists
Participate in daily rounds, discharge planning, and clinical meetings

Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry
Eligible for Delaware medical licensure
Inpatient psychiatry experience preferred
Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
