Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Nocturnist (MD/DO) for a permanent position in Troy, New York. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established hospitalist program with a supportive team and a focus on quality care during overnight hours.Position: Permanent MD/DO – Nocturnist
Location: Troy, New York Key Responsibilities:
Provide inpatient hospital care during night shifts
Admit patients from the emergency department and manage cross-coverage issues
Collaborate with nursing staff and subspecialty teams
No procedures required; intensivist and specialist backup available
7-on/7-off or flexible nocturnist scheduling Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Eligible for New York medical license
Comfortable working independently during overnight shifts
Strong clinical and communication skills Compensation & Benefits:
