Permanent MD/DO – Neonatologist
Location: Wichita, Kansas

Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical management for premature and critically ill newborns in a Level III NICU
Lead neonatal resuscitation and coordinate care with labor and delivery teams
Perform necessary procedures including intubation, central line placement, and surfactant administration
Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists, nursing staff, and respiratory therapists
Engage in quality improvement and family education initiatives

Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
Eligible for licensure in the state of Kansas
Strong clinical expertise and commitment to evidence-based neonatal care
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
