Position Details:

3 office location: Lawrenceville, Duluth, and Hamilton Mill
Group has been in practice for over 30 years
2-year partnership track – minimal buy-in required
75th percentile MGMA compensation as a partner
A mix of Clinical Pulmonology and ICU coverage which is taken a week at a time
Opportunity to practice Sleep Medicine – full-service sleep center ( 2 beds in Duluth and 6 beds in Lawrenceville)
Joining 11 physician single specialty group
2 PFT machines in Lawrenceville and 1 PFT machine in Duluth
Portable Spirometer in Hamilton Mill
NIOX in all 3 offices
Prescription Dispensing Center and Pulmonary Rehabilitation in Lawrenceville
Compensation:

Competitive salary + $20k sign on bonus
$20,000 additional signing bonus disbursed at the end of months 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, and 24 of employment ($120,000 total)
Medical, Dental, and Vision for family paid fully by practice
401k retirement plan – 3% of salary contributed by the employer
