Just 50 miles to NYC
*mid island in Suffolk county NY close to Smithtown
* Full time M-F 8AM-5PM with phone call only
* Post Acute care facility
* will consider a new grad or experienced
* work with a team of healthcare professionals
* Facility offers LTC, Short Term Rehab and more.
