Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine, Primary Care, or Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) for a permanent position serving clinics in Fairfax and Bamberg, South Carolina. This opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in two underserved rural communities while working with a supportive team focused on delivering quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide outpatient primary care to patients across the lifespan
Manage chronic conditions, acute illnesses, and preventive health needs
Rotate between clinics in Fairfax and Bamberg as needed
Collaborate with nursing and ancillary staff to ensure optimal care

Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care
Eligible for South Carolina medical licensure
Excellent interpersonal and clinical skills
Passion for rural health and community engagement
