Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary and specialty care to geriatric patients
Manage complex chronic conditions, functional decline, and cognitive impairment
Perform assessments related to mobility, falls, memory loss, and medication management
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including nursing, social work, and rehabilitation

Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Geriatric Medicine
Eligible for Michigan medical licensure
Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
