Location: Northeast Oregon (Inquire for specific location)
Duration: Nov 7, 2025 - Ongoing (Long term ideally)
Reason for coverage: Lost provider
Schedule: 4 days per week (Monday - Thursday)
Shift: 8a-6p
Call: n/a
Patient volume: 20-40
Scope: Standard urgent care
EMR: EPIC
Hospital: outpatient urgent care / critical access hospital
Group/support: 2-3 clinical support staff per shift (mix of RN’s and CMA’s)
Requirements (boards, license): Board Certified with Oregon license, BLS, and DEA. Must have 3 years exp in urgent care setting. No new gradsNear the Blue Mountains!!!
