Board Certified CRNA - REQUIRED
Active MI license - REQUIRED
Clean Background- REQUIRED
ACLS & BLS through AHA - REQUIRED
PALS - REQUIRED
Clean background - REQUIRED
Shifts optional: 8, 10, 12, 16, 24 Later option 3p-11p; Not opposed to a 40 hour guarantee
Providers must be able to float between two locations, typically informed the day before if reassigned
