START: November (flexible)
SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday, working 8-5 PM (no call)
COMPENSATION: $65-$75/hour, depending on experience
ASSIGNMENT: 3-6 month locum tenens assignment, potential to go full time if desired

Family Practice Nurse Practitioner and/or Physician Assistant Job Summary:

Outpatient clinic setting
Monday-Friday, no call
Average patient volume: 12-15/day
1-2 other FNP's in the clinic, with 3-4 RN's for support staff
Clinical responsibilities to include ability to see all ages, wellness and chronic care disease management, as well as specialized procedures according to candidate's interest
Family Practice Nurse Practitioner and/or Physician Assistant Qualifications:

Active AK state medical license - REQUIRED
Primary Care experience - must see all ages
Comfortable with EMR/RPMS and tech savvy
DEA and BLS/ACLS
Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment
