Location: Southern Colorado (Inquire for specific location)
Duration: September – December 30 (high probably to extend into 2026.
Reason for coverage: Down 1.5 FTE
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8a-5p + night / weekend call

Call: 1:3 call rotation (CNW – take primary call, OBGYN are backup call)
Patient volume: 12-20 patients per day in clinic (400 deliveries per year)
          50-60% population is Spanish (translators if provider doesn’t speak Spanish)
          Good bit of Guatemalan population
Scope: OBGYN Clinic + call. (They do utilize vacuum and forceps during delivery if needed (any deliveries under 36 weeks are shipped out)
EMR: Meditech Expanse
Hospital: 49 bed level 3 trauma center, level 1 NICU/nursery
Group/support: 2 OBGYN + CNM (full clinic support staff and hospital sub specialty. Each provider gets a designated MA + RN in clinic for support
Requirements (boards, license): BC/BE with Colorado or Compact license
