Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive care for critically ill and premature newborns in the NICU
Manage neonatal resuscitations and provide ventilator and advanced life support care
Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and care planning with families and staff
Collaborate with OB/GYNs, pediatricians, nurses, and allied health professionals

Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
Active or eligible Virginia medical license
NRP certification required
Strong clinical acumen and effective communication skills
