Family Medicine - Northwest Illinois

• Hospital employed practice is seeking a BC/BE Family Practitioner to join their team


• Base salary: 270-285k


• Join ten providers in practice


• Outpatient only


• Call 1:10 – phone only & nurse triage takes first call


• Clinic hours: Monday – Friday 7 am to 5 pm. Option for 4-day work week, if desired


• See an average of 17-22 patients per 8-hour day
