- Serve upscale retirement communities and senior care centers
- Board certification/eligibility in family medicine or internal medicine required
- Collaborative practice environment with 5 physicians and 10+ nurse practitioners
- Geriatric fellowship training preferred; assisted living and nursing home experience a plus
