Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a permanent Neonatology position in Brooksville, Florida. This role offers the chance to work within a collaborative NICU team dedicated to delivering exceptional care to newborns requiring specialized support.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to neonates in Level II/III NICU settings
Assist in delivery room management and newborn stabilization
Perform neonatal procedures as credentialed
Collaborate closely with neonatologists, nurses, respiratory therapists, and other care team members
Support family education, counseling, and discharge planning

Qualifications:
Licensed NP or PA in Florida (or ability to obtain)
Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification or strong NICU experience required
Excellent clinical assessment and procedural skills
Compassionate approach to patient and family care
