Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a permanent position in Dothan, Alabama. This role offers the opportunity to join a collaborative healthcare team delivering patient-centered care in either a primary care or specialty setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized care plans
Manage acute and chronic medical conditions under physician supervision
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe medications as appropriate
Educate patients on preventive care and health maintenance
Document all clinical interactions accurately using EMR systems

Qualifications:
Certified NP or PA with active or eligible Alabama license
Experience in family medicine, internal medicine, or relevant specialty preferred
Strong clinical skills and effective communication abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
