Allergy & Immunology
StartDate: ASAP
Available Shifts: M-F 8-5
Pay Rate: $190000.00 - $190000.00
Incoming candidate can expect:
- Fully functioning allergy clinic
- Outpatient, no nights/weekends
- Shots/Biologic patients oversight
- Volumes: 14-16/day + 50 shots
- Physician owned group- 4 owners
Compensation:
- $190,000 Base salary + bonus (% of net profit)
- Year 1-2: 25%
- Year 3-4: 35%
- Year 5 & beyond: 50% net profit
- Annual Revenue Bonus years 1-5 if you surpass gross annual revenue
- 10k relocation allowance
- 15 PTO days + 5 days for CME ($3,500 annual)
