Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a locum-to-permanent Family Practice position across multiple locations in Oklahoma. This role provides the opportunity to deliver comprehensive primary care in a variety of clinical settings, with flexibility to start as a locum tenens assignment and transition to a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform patient assessments, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
Provide preventive care, screenings, and health education to patients of all ages
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care
Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and preventive care

Qualifications:
Current Nurse Practitioner license in Oklahoma (or ability to obtain)
Certification in Family Practice required
Experience in primary care preferred
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
