Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a locum tenens Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) position in Fitchburg, Massachusetts. This role provides the opportunity to deliver specialized care for patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions, working closely with physiatrists and rehabilitation teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, or post-surgical conditions
Develop and implement rehabilitation care plans within NP scope of practice
Collaborate with physiatrists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
Educate patients and families on rehabilitation strategies and preventive care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care

Qualifications:
Current Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts (or ability to obtain)
Experience in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation preferred
Strong clinical judgment, patient management, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
