Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a permanent Neonatology position in Phoenix, Arizona. This role provides the opportunity to care for critically ill and premature newborns in a high-acuity NICU environment, working alongside neonatologists and a specialized care team.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive care to neonates, including assessment, monitoring, and management
Assist with procedures within NP scope of practice, including intubation, line placement, and medication administration
Collaborate with neonatologists, nurses, and other NICU staff to optimize patient outcomes
Educate families on neonatal care and discharge planning
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care

Qualifications:
Current Nurse Practitioner license in Arizona (or ability to obtain)
Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) certification required
Experience in a NICU or high-acuity neonatal setting
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
