• 2 Da Vinci Xi + 1 DV5 with guaranteed access at two facilities 
• 4-day workweek with 1:5 paid call + post-call days off 
• 24/7 call system - no pagers or interruptions 
• MFM in town with in-house ultrasound and lab 
• Support from Family Medicine/OBGYN residents for rounding 
• Collaborative 7-physician team - no quotas
