Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician (MD/DO – Internal Medicine) to join our team in San Antonio, TX. In this role, you will provide comprehensive care to adult patients, focusing on the prevention, diagnosis, and management of chronic and acute conditions. You will play a key role in promoting long-term health and wellness while working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care: Conduct detailed examinations, evaluations, and health assessments. Develop individualized treatment plans, ensuring continuity and coordination of care.
Diagnosis & Treatment: Utilize diagnostic tools, imaging, and lab testing to guide treatment. Prescribe medications and interventions based on evidence-based practices.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with specialists, nurses, and allied health professionals. Maintain clear and compassionate communication with patients and their families.
Preventive Health: Provide patient education on lifestyle changes, routine screenings, and preventive measures to support long-term wellness.
Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic medical records, including assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up care.
Ongoing Learning: Participate in continuing education to stay current with best practices in internal medicine.
