• Start: ASAP
• Requirement: Must be BC or BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, Geriatrics Certified
• Procedures: Typical primary care duties, fully outpatient
• PPD: TO be discussed during interview
• Support Staff: Full office staff
• Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
• Credentialing: 60-90 days
