Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Nurse Practitioner with Neonatology experience for a locum tenens assignment in Kansas City, Missouri. This role provides an exciting opportunity to support neonatal patients in a collaborative hospital setting, working with a skilled team of neonatologists and NICU staff.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide advanced care to neonates in the NICU and step-down units
Assist with admissions, daily rounding, and discharges
Perform procedures as credentialed (e.g., intubation, line placement)
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in medical records

Qualifications:
Current NP license in Missouri (or ability to obtain)
Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification (NNP-BC) strongly preferred
Prior NICU or Neonatology experience required
Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
