Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neonatologist for a permanent position in Elmira, New York. This opportunity allows you to join a dedicated team providing compassionate and advanced care for premature and critically ill newborns in a supportive hospital environment.Permanent MD/DO – Neonatologist
Location: Elmira, New York Key Responsibilities:
Deliver specialized neonatal care in a Level II/III NICU setting
Perform resuscitations, procedures, and ongoing critical care for neonates
Collaborate with pediatricians, subspecialists, nurses, and families
Support quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practices
Provide education and mentorship to residents, students, or staff as needed Qualifications:
MD/DO degree with Board Certification/Eligibility in Neonatology
Active New York medical license (or ability to obtain)
Strong communication skills with a patient- and family-centered approach
