Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NP) for a permanent Neonatology position in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role allows you to provide specialized care for newborns in a high-acuity NICU environment, working collaboratively with neonatologists and a dedicated neonatal care team.Permanent NP – Neonatology
Location: Las Vegas, Nevada Key Responsibilities:
Assess, monitor, and manage neonatal patients, including premature and critically ill infants
Perform procedures and interventions within NP scope of practice
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and NICU staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Educate families on neonatal care, treatment plans, and discharge procedures
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care Qualifications:
Current NP license in Nevada (or ability to obtain)
Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) certification required
Experience in NICU or high-acuity neonatal care preferred
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills Compensation & Benefits:
